Sea-Moore is an ever-timid, nervous Englishman. After having a considerable amount of pressure put on him by Mr. Harry B. Richborne, he took a leave of absence from his position as professor of Wildlife Conservation at the University of Kansas to poach seals throughout the world. He has never returned to his job, thanks to his evil boss.
