B.A.P is an undercover agency located in Washington DC, which helps locate and prosecute criminals all around the world who subject animals to illegal hunting or poaching for sale or trade through the black market or for personal use.

They also locate and prosecute criminals who destroy and abuse wildlife habitats.

Christian Taylor is the eyes and ears of the Avenging Apes of Africa and the African Posse (AKA "The Crew").

She is never seen, as she uses her enhanced computer system to track Mr. Harry B. Richborne anywhere in the world.

Through the Bureau of Animal Protection or B.A.P she dispatches "The Crew" to all four corners of the earth wherever animals are being victimized.
